CHRISTMAS

Hate me as much as you like , but I am SO excited about Christmas, I cant quite control myself !!

Ive just been talking to Him about it, my "other half" and I cant wait to spend xmas with Him and my Family !! I just love the dark mornings and the dark evenings and the snuggling up by the fire, the wrapping myself up warm in as many clothes as i like, the scarves, the hat , the gloves, the ear muffs !!! and the copious amounts of alcohol and food!!! its always such a great and reasonable excuse to put on weight ! and i , for once in my life dont give a shit how fat i am at christmas !!!
I love it when me and my sister go to sleep on xmas eve (me and my sis always sleep together on xmas eve! im 19 for f*** sake !!!) and mum would come in , in the middle of the night when we're "asleep" and put a few presents in two pillow cases for us each at the end of our bed. I'd wake up in the middle of the night feeling the slight weight of the presents on my feet, and with a massive smile on my face i woul drift into a happy sleep! I just dont think I realised how family orientated I am AND I LOVE XMAS !!!!


We had "rules" in our house at Christmas. Me and Becky (my sister) would wake up at stupid o'clock (5/6) and we'd carry our pillow cases into mum and dad's room. We weren't allowed to open our presents until we'd made them a cup of tea and it was atleast 8 o'clock !! It was soo unfair ! All we'd want to do was rush downstairs and open our presents! Mum, being Mum, would be so bloody organised ! We'd go downstairs have breakfast. And after some bucks fizz, mum would put all our presents in piles! Me and Bex had to take it in turns opening presents... Me, Becky, Me, Becky..... But, to see the smile on my Mum's face, I wouldn't have it any other way!


I'm a little older now. But I somehow think I'm going to be exactly the same. My boyfriend will sleep in the spare room but me and Becky had to be in the same bed. We didn't have many traditions in our family, but that was definitely one of them:)


I hope you're just as excited about xmas now as I am!!!!
